Overview
Pause is a local-first iPhone app from LD Labs that helps you place selected apps behind a mindful pause. Pause does not require an account, does not use a backend service, and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.
Data Collection
LD Labs does not collect, receive, sell, or share your Screen Time selections, selected apps, intentions, check-ins, temporary unlocks, or app usage from Pause. This information stays on your device and in Apple-managed Screen Time systems needed for the app to function.
Apple Screen Time
Pause uses Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity, and Shield APIs. Apple controls the permission prompts and system picker. Pause uses those APIs to apply your choices locally on your device.
Feedback and Support
If you contact support, LD Labs receives the information you choose to send in that message. If you send TestFlight feedback, Apple may share that feedback, screenshots, crash logs, and device details with LD Labs through App Store Connect.
Changes
If Pause's data practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes are released.
